My Approach

Therapy is a period of self discovery and should be treated as such. Breakthroughs may take a session, or could require multiple sessions. I guide my clients to these "lightbulb moments" and share in the light that illuminates the room. My clinical experience has provided me with the insight to know when a client meets an obstacle and might be fearful of what lies on the other side. This is when my work begins. Not to shelter you from the storm, but to be in the ship's crow's nest to chart the course and help navigate you back to the shore. 

Therapy can be messy. It can be exhausting. Therapy is work that I will complete with you by your side.
